This year’s Shropshire Chamber Business Awards will be extra special for business growth specialist Good2Great – because the team has worked with more than a quarter of the finalists.
The Bridgnorth-based company, which offers coaching, training and consultancy to help companies, leaders, teams and places to thrive, has been shortlisted in the Community Champion category.
But it has also worked with one or more of the other businesses shortlisted in over half of the 13 categories.
A sell-out audience of more than 700 people will be at Telford’s International Centre on June 20 for this year’s awards.

Johnny Themans, managing director of Good2Great, said: “We’re incredibly proud to have been shortlisted in the 25 th anniversary of these fantastic awards, in recognition of the work we do in the Shropshire community.

“But our vision is to be a driving force for local economic prosperity through business success – so it is extra special to see so many of our past or present clients also among the finalists.”
Good2Great has connections with finalists in the best new business, best small business manufacturing and engineering, community, innovation, eco and company of the year awards.
Some of them were also recognised at Good2Great’s own Start-Up Awards, which presented as part of the Shropshire Business Festival earlier this year.
They include Frankly Farm Tours, run by John Franklin-Hackett, which offers family-friendly animal experiences at its base near Broseley.
Since its launch in 2007, Good2Great has supported over 2,500 business start-ups and more than 1,000 growing companies.
