Our team of business coaching experts—all of whom have first-hand experience owning and running their businesses- are ready to guide you. Cohorts commence from August 2025, and we look forward to helping you unlock your business’s full potential

Elevate Growth 2025 offers high-quality support which runs over 10 weeks with up to 16 hours of tailored support available. 

• Expert guidance: access valuable insights from our specialist consultants who are experts in scaling up businesses across a broad range of sectors. The team of experts will help your business achieve growth, providing strategic expertise that enables it not only to function but also to thrive.
• One-to-one business coaching: Your business will receive specialist support tailored to your aspirations and business growth potential, whether it’s increasing revenue streams or targeting new markets, the specialists will work with you to identify the way forward and the business systems and processes required to achieve it.
• Peer support: Grow and learn through shared experiences by exploring key business challenges with like-minded business leaders, facilitated by our experts.
• An implementable Growth Plan: You will create an effective growth plan with clear actions covering key areas to help achieve your growth potential

What areas can I get support on?

• Building your Smarter Growth Plan to define a clear direction for growth
• Impactful marketing and sales to drive demand 
• Building efficient, profitable business systems that work without you in every detail
• Benchmarking and strategic diagnostics
• DiSC and behavioural profiling to understand yourself and your team dynamics

In addition the programme offers:

• access to digital tools to track progress and maintain momentum
• optional 3 and 6-month check-ins to review progress and signpost additional support

To receive support through the programme, your business must be:

• An SME
• Registered to an address in Worcestershire
• Trading for at least 3 years
• Have at least 3 employees
• Below the Subsidy Control threshold of £315,000 over the previous 3 years, including the value of the support received

Excluded sectors not eligible for support include:

• Primary agriculture
• Schools
• Public sector funded organisation
