Good2Great has been supporting entrepreneurs since 2007. Over the years, we’ve worked with thousands of business owners to turn great ideas into sustainable businesses. Now, through Business Growth West Midlands and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, we’re proud to bring this fully funded support to people right here in Dudley.

I would recommend Good 2 Great to anyone wishing to start a business. Both the Business Foundation Workshop and the three mentoring sessions were most helpful in structuring ones thoughts on ones business and getting a deeper insight into the start up process. I recently attended a two day workshop as i'm launching a new business in 2025. The course content was clearly structured and delegates were encouraged to take part in discussions. The workshop materials and access to an online library of resources has been invaluable to me. Following the workshop each business receives 3hrs worth of business support and this has really focused me on my business planning and forecasting. The online group sessions were informative and engaging and offered up a fresh perspective on some tried and tested ideas. 1 hour, once a week was the perfect duration and spacing for a busy Mom with 3 jobs.
The one-to-one tutoring sessions are where the course really comes to life on a personal level. Michelle was so incredibly positive and tailored her advice each week to make sure it was very unique and relevant specifically to my business.
I really did feel like I'd thrown my all at every opportunity and was still getting nowhere but Michelle put a fresh spin on things, offering new, novel and out of the box ideas and strategies, signposting me to relevant organisations and boosting my confidence.
In just 3 x 1 hour sessions I feel we've made more progress than in the last 3 months on my own. You really have made such a difference. I cannot thank you enough!

I was hesitant to sign up to the Good2Great programme as I’m an artist and I wasn’t sure this was the right thing for me. I was wrong! It’s fantastic! The Good2Great Business Foundation Workshop has been a really valuable learning experience. My only regret is that i didn’t sign up sooner. The 8 weekly sessions cover every aspect of starting a new business although sometimes constraints of time only allowed for a snapshot approach. My follow up 3 one-to-one mentoring sessions with a business advisor have been the most valuable. Mo helped me make a clear marketing and project plan and her enthusiasm was so encouraging i feel energised to go forward with my business and make it a success.

A very informative and supportive fully funded course for business start ups. Timely reminders and extra snippets of information offered by the course instructors from their personal experiences during the masterclasses and via emails were very helpful and morale boosting.
